Call Recording

Purpose

Call Features

Business Hours

Purpose

Define working hours and route calls differently during off-hours.

Configuration

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Break Times: Lunch breaks, team meetings
  • Holidays: Company holidays and closures

  • Forward to voicemail with custom greeting
  • Forward to mobile phone
  • Route to on-call extension
  • Play closure announcement

Result

Calls handled appropriately based on time of day and business schedule.


Time-conditional Presence Auto Switch

Purpose

Automatically change presence profile based on schedule.

Example Schedule

9 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Fri)

  • Switch to "Lunch" profile

Purpose

Allow users to log into any desk phone with their extension.

Phone becomes their extension temporarily

Logout

Logs out when leaving desk
