Key Features

CRM / Helpdesk Integration Template

Added support for integrating Yeastar P-Series PBX System with a CRM / Helpdesk system via custom integration template. This allows users to implement custom integrations with systems supporting REST API. Also includes a new Template Management feature to view, update, and manage templates for pre-built and custom integrations, with direct effect without disconnecting existing integrations.

LDAP Server Integration

Added support for integration with a third-party LDAP server, enabling automatic contact lookup for inbound calls and caller ID display. It also supports contact synchronization with phonebooks for convenient outbound calling and intelligent inbound call routing.

Call Note

Call Note feature allows extension users to add disposition tags and remarks to calls, capturing essential information or decisions. This helps users track calls, facilitating future reference and sharing.

Yeastar Domain

Added a new NAT type, Yeastar Domain, to enable direct remote communication between the PBX server and remote devices/systems via a simplified domain setup. The PBX automatically handles DNS resolution, certificate application, and automatic renewal.

Split DNS

Added support for split DNS, allowing extension users to seamlessly access and use Linkus clients via the same domain name, regardless of their internal or external network location.

Optimized extension presence settings

Added an option 'Accept calls from Ring Group' to control ring group call reception under specific presence.

Optimize extension security settings

Added an option 'User must change password periodically' to enforce periodic password changes for improved account security.

Optimized the extension permission settings

Moved 'Permission Configuration' from 'Linkus Clients' tab to 'User' Tab, allowing management of extension groups, user type, and permissions.

Forward 180 (SDP) Message

Added an option 'Forward the 180 (SDP) Message Following the Peer's Format'. If enabled, PBX forwards a 180 message if it includes SDP from the other party.

Select IP address in SIP and SDP fields

Added an option 'Select which IP address to use in 'Contact'(SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields' to allow specifying the IP address used.

Opus Codec Support for Trunks

Added support for Opus codec in Trunk settings.

User Role permissions for Linkus Client settings

Added support for specifying whether authorized users can see and manage Linkus Client related settings of extensions.

Fixed an issue where adding a Yealink phone via RPS method failed.

Optimized SMS messaging channel

Added compatibility with Alphanumeric Sender ID, allowing custom alphanumeric strings (e.g., brand or company name) as the sender ID.

Optimized Ring Group prompts

Added 'Join Announcement' and 'Play full Join Announcement to the caller before ringing extensions' options. Renamed 'Welcome Prompt' to 'Ringback Tone'.

Optimized Call Queue prompts

Added 'Play full Join Announcement to the caller before ringing extensions' and 'Ringback Tone' settings for call queues.

Opus Codec Support for SIP

Added support for Opus codec in SIP settings.

Allow Opus Transcoding

Added an option 'Allow Opus Transcoding' which enables automatic codec transcoding when one party uses Opus and the other doesn't, ensuring call establishment.

P Asserted Identity for SIP

Added an option 'P Asserted Identity'. If enabled, a 'P Asserted Identity' field will be carried in the SIP header for transferred/forwarded internal calls.

External Chat Files Storage Location

Added support for modifying the storage location of external chat files.

Auto-cleanup settings for external chat files

Added auto-cleanup settings to configure maximum storage or preservation days for external chat files.

External Chat Files Synchronization for Hot Standby

Added an option 'External Chat Files Synchronization'. If enabled, the secondary server will synchronize external chat files in real time.

Optimized Microsoft Teams User Presence Synchronization

After checkout, hotel extension presence is reset to Available, and call recordings, call logs, chat history, job title, personal contacts, and video conferences are cleared from the extension (retained on PBX server).
