The Boss-Secretary feature is designed to streamline call management for busy professionals. It lets a boss designate one or more secretary extensions to handle incoming calls based on pre-set rules. For example, you can have internal or external calls automatically forwarded to your secretary. Once the call is forwarded, the secretary can screen and decide if it should be passed on to you, helping ensure that only important calls reach your direct line.

At the same time, both the boss and the secretary have the ability to resume calls that were put on hold through various endpoints, such as desktop or web clients and IP phones. This feature even supports multiple secretaries by allowing them to be grouped into a ring group, making call handling flexible and efficient.
